Local ingredients.
In motion.

Saint C moves through Chef Fhred's Kultura in Motion journey not as signage, but as an ingredient — tasted in the food, poured into drinks and captured in the stories around them.

A working partnership showcase across café culture, Filipino dining, creative community events and hospitality conversations.

Why Saint C fits

Filipino produce should not need to become foreign to feel contemporary.

The partnership gives us a consistent Filipino flavour language — calamansi, coconut, acidity and seasoning — that can move naturally from a silog to a cocktail, from an inasal marinade to a tasting-menu pairing.

The working pantry

Four products.
Multiple expressions.

Citrus

Calamansi

Pure Philippine lime for drinks, marinades, seasoning and finishing acidity.

Seasoning

Cocomansi

Coconut amino and calamansi: a savoury, gently sweet seasoning for meat, poultry, seafood, sauces and dips.

Acidity

Coconut Vinegar

Fermented coconut sap for marinades, pickles, relish, sauces and warm dishes.

Condiment

Coco Catsup

A distinctly Filipino condiment base for sauces, spreads and house ketchup applications.

Education / demonstration

Taking Filipino ingredient thinking into the next generation.

Saint C can be carried into the demonstration or tasting as a practical example of contemporary Philippine-made pantry products once the agenda is locked.

The opportunity

Help us take Saint C further through the journey.

As menus lock, we can turn the current ingredient partnership into a stronger culinary and content collaboration — with enough product for development, service and intentional visual storytelling across the Philippines program.

What we can build together

Product allocation for R&D and service, event-specific quantities, content support and deeper activation around the dishes where Saint C has the clearest role.
